How do I order a Furaoh pet portrait?
Choose your desired options on the product page (delivery time, sample check), upload a clear photo of your pet, fill in the short questions and complete your order. We will then get started!
Can I still change my order?
As long as production has not started, you can email us at info@furaoh.com to report a change. After the start of the design process, adjustment is usually no longer possible.
Can I have multiple pets in one portrait?
Yes, you can! Make sure you clearly state this in the questions, and upload a photo on which both animals are clearly visible or multiple separate photos. Do you want to order multiple portraits? Then add each portrait separately to your shopping cart with attached photo and information.

What does the end result look like?
Your pet is depicted in a stately Egyptian Pharaoh style, while retaining important external features (fur, eyes, ears). The style is realistic, and elegant
What can I expect from the Papyrus?
Papyrus is a natural material. Small deviations such as slight bends, protruding fibers or subtle color differences are part of it. That is exactly what makes each portrait unique.
Can I see the result in advance?
Yes, if you choose the 'Pre-Preview' option you will receive a digital preview by email. You can then request one round of corrections. This adds a maximum of 2 working days to the delivery time.

What is the delivery time?
Standard: production within 6 working days + 1-2 working days shipping time (PostNL).
Rush option: production within 3 working days.
Example selected? Add 2 extra working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands β¬4.95. Above β¬59 shipping is free.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.

What payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Is paying safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through the secure payment environment of Shopify Payments or PayPal.

Can I return items?
No. Each portrait is custom-made and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. We record the condition of the product in advance. See our general terms and conditions for more information.
My portrait arrived damaged, what now?
Check the package upon receipt. Visible damage? Refuse the package and report this immediately to the delivery person. Then contact us via info@furaoh.com .
I am not happy with the end result.
We find that a shame of course. Please contact us. If there is a real reason (e.g. wrong animal pictured, no matches with the information provided), we will look for a solution together.
π Privacy & use of photos
What do you do with my photo?
Your photo will only be used to create the portrait. We never show recognizable people on marketing materials. See also our privacy statement .
Can I share my portrait on social media?
Please do! Don't forget to tag us: @furaoh.com πΎ
Can Furaoh use my portrait for marketing?
Yes, but we will inform you of this in advance. If you still do not want this, you can let us know within 72 hours. People who are visible in the portrait will never be shown visibly, unless we have received this explicit permission from you in advance.
