Our products are completely custom made based on your pet. Therefore, there is no standard right of withdrawal.
If you do opt for a preview in advance, then that moment of choice falls under the right of withdrawal: you can then cancel free of charge before production. If you do not want any changes afterwards and still cancel, we reserve the right not to refund payment provider costs.
