We ship from The Netherlands.

All prices include VAT. Local customs or import duties apply to non-EU destinations and are paid by you on delivery.

Production time
Every piece is made to order. Expect 2 to 3 working days production, plus 1 to 4 working days shipping within Europe.
If you order on a Monday, it usually ships that Thursday. If you order on a Friday, it usually ships the following Wednesday.
Returns and guarantees
Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalised products simply because you changed your mind. Personalised goods are excluded from the 14-day EU cooling-off right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This is standard across EU e-commerce for custom-made goods.
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, write to info@furaoh.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint it free. You don't need to send the damaged piece back.
If you made a typo, email us the same day. If we haven't started printing, we'll fix it free. If we've already printed, we offer a 50% reprint on any customer typo.
Lost in transit
If your order hasn't arrived 10 working days past its expected delivery date, email us and we'll reship free.
